Owner, Judy Alligood, is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, licensed Florida Community Association Manager, Certified Pool Operator and Florida Notary. Judy is a native of St. Augustine, having been born and raised here, and has been in the real estate industry since 1976, working for, and later owning a Title Insurance business for 15 years. She has had her real estate license since 1992, her Broker's license since 1993, incorporating her own real estate office in 1993.

Coastal Realty also specializes in both short-term resort rentals and long-term lease rentals, currently managing 526 rental units for private owners, including monthly reporting, inventory control, management of housekeeping and maintenance, with the main office being staffed 7 days per week. Our owners and customers have benefited from Coastal Realty & Property Management, Inc. remaining a small and manageable business over the years.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Coastal Realty & Property Management, Inc. currently manages 23 Condo and Homeowner Associations. Staff consists of 13 full-time licensed Community Association Managers, with one CAM dedicated to Homeowner Associations, an Administrative Assistant, a Licensed Managing Assistant, a staff Certified Public Accountant, and 6 rental/reservation coordinators, along with maintenance staff and housekeeping staff for each property, for a total of 47 employees.
