FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS: (Please select all that apply)
The Bride’s bouquet is an accessory, just like her headpiece, shoes and jewelry.  It should be scaled to her size and shape and designed to complement her wedding dress and color scheme.  What is your favorite flower?  Are there flowers you are not fond of?  If you don’t know the specific name of flowers, think about colors and types of flowers that appeal to you.  Look through books and magazines, and note or clip photos of the ones you like and send them to us.

WEDDING & RECEPTION SITE DECOR: (Please select all that apply)
When people talk about a great wedding they attended, they focus on the visuals – the flowers, the tables, how the room was decorated.   A visually beautiful wedding is one where the décor elements have been planned to work together in a harmonious manner.  When guests enter the wedding site, whether it’s on a patio or the beach or in a ballroom, they should immediately sense that this celebration has a unique look that expresses the personality of the bride and groom.

Every bride should have a massage on the morning of her wedding – this is her time to relax and gather herself in preparation for her day ahead.  It is advisable that the bride brings her make-up with her, this Is not a day to find out she is allergic to the foundation the make-up artist uses.  The bride should wash her hair the night before the wedding rather than the morning of; it makes the hair look fuller and gives it more body.

The wedding cake is the only element of the wedding allowed to upstage the bride.  Make it the focal point of the reception, and give it the place of honor in the room so guests can admire it all evening.   Send us photos of the style you would like so we can create exactly what you would like to have or choose from some of the incredible cakes that our specialists take pride in such as our signature Seashell cake.  Crown the cake with a unique topper that speaks to a hobby or interest that you both share.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
A photographer and videographers’s work will be the permanent record of your once-in-a-lifetime event.  This is one area where you shouldn’t skimp, do you plan just having them work at the ceremony or reception as well?  Please note:  If you are having 15+ guests, we recommend a package upgrade – the photographer will want to concentrate on capturing all of the special moments during the ceremony and afterwards, everyone will want a picture with the bride and groom.   You will not want to disappoint them.

EMAIL WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENT:

Email your wedding announcement with your wedding photo to friends and loved one’s who could not join you on this joyous occasion.    It is also a wonderful greeting when wedding guests return, thanking them for coming.  We will need a list of your email addresses in advance.

RHYTHM OF THE NIGHT - MUSIC & ENERGY:
It would seem, live music has more impact than recorded music.  Many of the most powerful moments at wedding ceremonies occur with a particularly moving piece played by a musician, or a song sung by a vocalist or choir.  Using live music at the ceremony may actually be easier than using recordings, because musicians can respond to the speed of the procession and extend or shorten their playing as necessary.  Recorded music on the other hand may be best suited for the reception and DJs can mix up a wide variety of music, they don’t take breaks and a talented DJ can sense the tempo of the crowd and keep the energy of the party going.

Kindly indicate your entertainment requirements for the following events:

*Organist (for church ceremonies)
**Local Opera Singer (recommended for church weddings - arias such as Ava Maria)

Trumpeters (to announce arrival of bride and start of the recessional)

Junkanoo Rush-out

Tips

* Choose an up-tempo song for the first dance that will flow into the father-bride and mother-groom dances and the last dance too.

Have you made your selection for the first dance, by which artist?

* We will need a “must play” list and you should also prepare a “play under no circumstances list” as well
